将小规格TC16钛合金轧制棒材在780℃保温2 h,进行了不同炉冷出炉温度、不同第二级退火温度及不同冷却方式的热处理实验,分析了热处理前后棒材的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:热处理前后棒材显微组织的差异较大;随着出炉温度的降低,强度和塑性均出现先升高后降低的现象,炉冷至530℃后空冷可得到较高的强度及良好塑性;第二级热处理温度越高,强度越低,同时塑性较高;在不同的冷却方式下,炉冷可获得最优的强度塑性匹配。

Effects of heat treatment on microstructures and mechanical properties of TC 16 titanium alloy bars were studied, different heat treatment schedules were adopted and compared , such as furnace cooling to different tempera-tures, double annealing with different second annealing temperatures and different cooling rates after holding 2 h at 780 ℃.The results show that annealing treatment has great influence on the microstructure .Furnace cooling to the lower temperature , the strength and plasticity are ally first increased andthen decreased .With lower second annealing temperature, the lower strength and higher plasticity was adopted in the double annealing process .Comparing with other cooling methods , furnace cooling could get ideal match of strength and plasticity .
