对2A12铝合金进行预腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳交替的腐蚀劳试验,将腐蚀疲劳交替条件下的理论疲劳寿命和实际疲劳寿命进行对比,并观察了不同腐蚀条件下的断口形貌。结果表明:在交替周期为4d时,理论疲劳寿命与实际疲劳寿命两者之差达到25%以上;预腐蚀疲劳试样的断口上存在很多韧窝;在腐蚀疲劳交替作用下试样的断口为极不规则的腐蚀形貌。

The pre-corrosion fatigue test and interactive corrosion and fatigue test for 2A12 aluminum alloy was carried to comparing the thecretieal fatigue iife with the factual fatigue life under interactive corrosion and fatigue conditions, and the fracture morphology under corrosion condition were observed. The result show that the difference between theoretical and factual fatigue life exceeded 25% when the interval periods was 4 d. Many dimples was found on the fracture of pre-corrosion fatigue sample, and the fracture of alternative corrosion and fatigue sample presented very irregular corrosion morphology.
