  为提高压缩机阀片表面工艺性能,提高气阀使用寿命,采用超声-电沉积法在压缩机阀片表面制备Ni-TiN镀层,研究TiN颗粒浓度、电流密度、超声波功率对压缩机阀片耐磨性能的影响。采用正交试验法优选出在压缩机阀片表面制备Ni-TiN镀层的最佳工艺参数为:TiN质量浓度5 g/L,阴极电流密度4 A/dm2,超声功率250 W。

In order to improve the surface performance and service life of compressor valve plate,Ni?TiN composite coatings were prepared on the surface of compressor valve plate by ultrasonic ? electrodeposition technology. The effect of TiN particles concentration,current density and ultrasonic power on the wear resistance of valve plate was studied. In addition,the optimum technological parameters mass concentration of TiN 5 g/L,current density 4 A/dm2 and ultrasonic power 250 W,were obtained by the orthogonal experiments.
