研究了超声波(100 W,100 kHz)对电沉积Co-Ni合金层的结构、形貌和性能的影响.结果表明:施加超声波可有效降低电沉积过程中浓差扩散的影响,促进阴极表面与镀液界面间的电子转移.超声波可降低Co-Ni合金层的Co含量并细化晶粒,使Co-Ni合金层更为平整.超声波影响Co-Ni合金层结构和形貌,可提高Co-Ni合金层的硬度以及在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性.
