用微波法在乙醇介质中通过掺杂不同含量的钇合成二氧化锆单斜相(m-ZrO2)、四方相(t-ZrO2)、立方相(c-ZrO2)或其混合相纳米晶体.t-ZrO2和c-ZrO2纳米晶体的XRD特征峰非常相似,难以区分.本文用红外图谱较好区分了t-ZrO2和c-ZrO2纳米晶体.结果表明:纯二氧化锆为60%左右的斜方相和40%左右的四方相组成,4%含量的钇稳定二氧化锆(4% YSZ)为85%四方相和15%斜方相组成,8% YSZ为一半四方相和一半立方相组成,15% YSZ及以上为立方相.

Monoclinic,tetragonal,cubic and mixed-phases of ZrO2 were prepard by microwave method using alcohol adding different content of yttria as raw materials.The XRD characteristic peaks of the tetragonal ZrO2 (t-ZrO2) and cubic ZrO2 (c-ZrO2) nanocrystals are very similar and difficult to distinguish.In this paper,the t-ZrO2 and c-ZrO2 nanocrystals were well distinguished by infrared spectrum.The results show that the pure zirconia is composed of 60% monoclinic phase and 40% tetragonal phase;the zirconia containing 4% yttria is composed of 85% tetragonal phase and 15% monoclinic phase;the zirconia containing 8% yttria is composed of 50% tetragonal phase and 50% cubic phase,and the zirconia containing 15% yttria and above is cubic phase.
