为了推动SnO2光催化的实际应用,采用微弧氧化工艺在锡酸盐电解液中制备了SnO2薄膜,利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、紫外-可见分光光度计对膜层的结构及光物理特性进行表征.结果表明:膜层由单一SnO2相组成,表面粗糙多孔,沉积的SnO2如树根状向四周延伸;内部致密,无孔洞,与基体结合良好.SnO2膜在紫外区吸光性能良好,光吸收截止边缘为390 nm.紫外光下照射10 h,SnO2能够降解83%罗丹明.SnO2膜的高光催化活性源于其开放的表面结构和良好的吸光性能.
