采用溶胶-凝胶法合成制备了具有层状钙钛矿结构的La1.4Sr1.6Mn2-xCoxO7,(X=0~0.5)材料体系,系统研究了样品体系的晶体结构、热膨胀性能和电输运性能.研究发现,Co2+在Mn位的掺杂没有明显改变La1.4Sr1.6-Mn2O7的热膨胀性能,掺杂样品在200~800℃温区内具有相近的线性热膨胀系数.在室温~900℃之间,样品体系的电导率随Co2+掺杂量的增加和温度的升高而增加,其导电机理符合半导体小极化子模型.
