A new structure heat sink is designed to get better heat transfer performance. It is a hybrid of jet impingement, column and mini channel cooling scheme. Numerical simulations are used to explore the three-dimensional flow characteristics and heat transfer performance by standard k-ε turbulent model. The heat sink is copper and the cooling liquid is water. The temperature at inlets is 300 K and the heat flux is 400 W/cm^2. The results show that higher inlet pressure will improve the mass flux and reduce bottom temperature, as well as the difference between highest temperature and the lowest temperature of the heated surface. The flow mass rate is 0.00632 kg/s as the inlet pressure is 12.5 kPa. The highest temperature of the heat surface is below 368 K and the difference was 5 K.
