通过测定合金在含 1N Cl~-的不同 pH 值的水溶液中的阳极极化曲线,绘制了三个系列的12种铁素体不锈钢(17Cr-xMo,25Cr-xMo,30Cr-xMo,其中 x=0、2、4、6)的实验电位-pH 图。合金中的 Cr 含量对点蚀起始过程影响极为显著;Mo 含量对点蚀击穿电位的影响则与合金中 Cr 含量有密切关系。添加少量的 Mo 可使低电位、低 pH 值条件下的活化腐蚀区大大缩小,因而对局部腐蚀的发展过程起重要的阻滞作用;Cr 也有类似的影响,但远不及 Mo 的影响那么明显和意义重大。适量的 Cr 和 Mo 的综合作用可使合金具有抵抗局部腐蚀发生及发展的优良性能。

The experimental potential-pH diagrams for three groups of ferritic stainless steels(17Cr-xMo,25Cr-xMo and 30Cr-xMo,where x=0,2,4,6)in 1N C1~- solutions at 25℃ have been established through measuring the anodic polarization curves of these alloys in solutions with various pH values.The chromium contents in the alloys show significant effect on the initiation of pitting,while the effect of molybdenum contents on pitting breakdown potentials strongly depends on the chromium levels in the alloys.Small additions of molybdenum to Fe-Cr alloys result in remarkable shrinkage of the active corrosion region at lower pH and lower potentials,and thus exert significant inhibition effect on the propagation of localized comosion.Chromium also shows some influence on this active region,but this effect is much less signifi- cant than that of molybdenum.The synergic role of chromium and molybdenum at proper levels would be beneficial for the super-performance alloys to effect- ively resist the initiation and propagation of localized corrosion.
