从土壤中分离得到一株自养型的脱氮硫杆菌(Thiobacillus denitrificans),该菌株的最佳生长pH值为70.借助扫描探针显微镜和电子探针分析技术,研究该菌株与硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)混合培养时,在SRB腐蚀过程中,对碳钢表面SRB生物膜形貌、致密性以及组成的影响.结果表明:脱氮硫杆菌的存在阻碍SRB生物膜的形成,降低生物膜的粗糙度,增强生物膜的致密性;脱氮硫杆菌存在时,生物膜中腐蚀性硫化物的含量降低,表明脱氮硫杆菌对SRB引起的腐蚀有抑制作用.

A strain of Thiobacillus denitrificans was isolated from soil,which was selected to reduce the corrosion caused by SRB.The optimal pH was determined as 7.0 for the growth of T.denitrificans and the growth curve was measured.The growth environment of T.denitrificans was found to be similar to that of SRB.T.denitrificans and SRB could grow together in mixed medium.A laboratory investigation using scanning probe microscopy and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA)had been undertaken to study the compactness of biofilms,composed of corrosion products in mixed medium.It was observed that T.denitrificans could reduce the corrosion caused by SRB which attributed to that it could consume the corrosive sulfide produced by SRB and limit the sulfide accumulating in biofilms.So the content of sulfide in biofilms decreased and the extracellular polymeric substances of T.denitrificans enhanced the compactness of biofilm.Therefore,the process of charge transfer was baffled,leading to a decrease of the corrosion caused by SRB.
