利用十二烷基三甲基溴化铵/十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DTAB/SDBS)自发形成稳定的囊泡为模板,将单体丙烯酸异辛酯(ISOAC)引入模板后聚合形成聚丙烯酸异辛酯(P-ISOAC)柔性中空微球。用电位分析仪、负染色透射电镜等对囊泡模板及已聚合的囊泡体系进行表征。结果表明,用DTAB/SDBS囊泡模板能成功地制备成聚丙烯酸异辛酯柔性中空微球。聚合反应发生在囊泡双层结构中之间;已聚合的囊泡体系极其稳定,放置2个月未有相分离和聚集现象;原子力显微镜确认是一种具有柔性的中空微球。

Using vesicle of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide(DTAB) /sodium dodecylbenzenesulphonate(SDBS) spontaneously formed as template,isooctyl acrylate(ISOAC) monomers introduced into vesicle template were polymerized into flexible hollow particles.The vesicle template and polymerized vesicle system were demonstrated using Zeta potentials,transmission electron microscopy(TEM) image with negative-staining,atom force microscope,gel permeation chromatogram and so on.It shows: The flexible hollow particles of P-ISOAC have successfully been polymerized utilizing the vesicle template of DTAB/SDBS.ISOAC monomers are polymerized between double-layer of vesicle template;Polymerized vesicle system is much stabilized,which is resolved or aggregated after 2 months;that the polymerized vesicle is a flexible hollow particle by using atom force microscope.
