通过高温氧化实验,测定出1Cr18Ni9Ti热浸镀铝前后的氧化 增重,分析了扩散层的微观结构和表面氧化产物的物相组成.结果表明:1Cr18Ni9Ti热浸镀 铝后的抗氧化温度可达1100℃,扩散层中Fe2Al5退化成FeAl后,β-NiAl将发挥抗氧化 作用,α-Al2O3相的形成是使材料抗高温氧化性提高的主要原因.

Weight gain of hot dip aluminized 1Cr18Ni9Ti has me asured in high temperature oxidation test.Microstructure and oxide of diffusion layer have analyzed.The results show that the highest service temperature is 110 0℃ for hot dip aluminized 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel.The NiAl phase will show the anti-ox idation property with transform ationfrom the Fe2Al5 phase to FeAl phase at 1100℃.X-ray diffractometer analysis indicated that the formation of the α-Al 2O3 is the governing factor to the anti-oxidation properties of the hot dip al uminized 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel.
