为进一步提高聚脲材料的防腐蚀性能,采用环氧改性方法制备了聚脲超重防腐蚀涂料。研究了不同多元醇种类、不同异氰酸酯基(NCO)含量和不同环氧树脂的种类及用量对环氧改性超重防腐蚀聚脲性能的影响。结果表明,环氧改性超重防腐蚀聚脲 A 组分采用聚四氢呋喃(THF)醚多元醇 PTMG-1000与二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)合成,NCO 含量16%,环氧树脂 E-44含量10%改性合成,B 组分采用端氨基聚醚 D-2000、T-5000,胺扩链剂 E-100、E-300,环氧树脂 E-44含量15%改性合成制备的环氧改性超重防腐聚脲,具有较好的防腐蚀性能。并且对比研究了采用研制的环氧改性超重防腐蚀聚脲与普通防腐蚀聚脲的性能,结果显示,环氧改性超重防腐蚀聚脲的耐腐性能有显著提升。

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of polyurea materials,heavy anti-corrosion polyurea coatings were prepared by epoxy-modification.The effects of different types of polyol,different NCO contents,different types and contents of epoxy resin on the performance of heavy-duty anticorrosion polyurea coatings were studied.The results showed that epoxy-modified anticorrosion polyurea coatings had relatively good corrosion resistance.In epoxy-modified anticorrosion polyurea coatings,the component A was synthesized by poly THF ether polyols PTMG-1000 and MDI,and NCO content was 16%,epoxy resin E-44 content was 10%;the component B was synthesized by terminal amino polyether D-2000 and T-5000,amine chain extender E-100 and E-300,epoxy resin E-44 content was 15%.Performance comparison was made between epoxy-modified anti-corrosion polyurea and general anti-corrosion polyurea,the results showed that the epoxy-modified anti-corrosion polyurea performance was significantly improved.
