制备了一种兼具光交联和抗菌特性的季铵化巯基二氧化硅杂化粒子,采用红外与拉曼光谱对其结构进行了表征.将该杂化粒子添加到光固化涂料中,对涂膜的光固化过程、涂层基本性能及其抗菌性进行了研究.结果表明:该杂化粒子的加入能够提高涂膜的双键转化率,并赋予涂层优良的抗菌性;涂层的铅笔硬度、耐划伤性以及热稳定性等均有不同程度的提高.

In this paper,thiol-functionalized silica nanoparticles with photo-crosslinking and antibacterial properties were developed.FT-IR and Raman were used to characterize the structure of hybrid nanoparticles.The functional silica nanoparticles were added to UV-curable coating formulations.The photo-polymerization kinetics,antibacterial properties and basic coating properties of the coatings with different addition of nanoparticles were systematically investigated.With a proper addition of nanoparticles in the coating formulations,the coatings exhibited the improved double bond conversion,excellent antibacterial activity and favorable mechanical properties,including preferable pencil hardness,scratch resistance and thermal stability.
