将氮化硼和氧化铝等助剂混合后,经过平行双螺杆挤出机制备了导热PA6复合材料,研究了将不同粒径的氮化硼和氧化铝复配对尼龙6复合材料导热系数的影响。结果表明:采用不同粒径的氮化硼和氧化铝复配,添加60%的含量可得到导热系数为1.869的导热PA6复合材料。

Thermal conductive PA6 modified with BN and Al2 O3 was prepared via a parallel twin-screw extru-der. Effects of compounded system comprised of BN and Al2 O3 on the thermal conductivity of PA6 composites were studied. It has been concluded that the thermal conductivity of PA6 composite filled with 60 wt% compounded fill-ers comprised of BN and Al2O3with different particle sizes can achieve up to 1. 869W/(K·m).
