测定了55SiCr线材的化学成分和显微组织,用扫描电镜观察了断口的宏观形貌和微观形貌,结果表明,55SiCr线材表面横裂纹是由于热处理后所得到的屈氏体组织中有5~20 μm的下贝氏体组织,组织不均匀性产生的裂纹和应力,导致55SiCr捲取线材放置时裂纹扩展,发生断裂。

The chemical compositions of 55SiC wire were analyzed, and its microfractography and macrofractography were observed by optical microstructure and SEM. The result indicates that the primary cause for surface transverse cracks in the 55SiCr wire is residual bainite of 5~20 μm in troosite after the heat treatment of the steel. The unevenness in structure bring on the crack and stress.The evolution of crack could result in fracture.
