用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯制得了高羟基含量的四元共聚乳液,考察了羟基含量对乳液聚合的影响,用红外光谱(IR)分析了共聚乳液的结构,用透射电镜(TEM)观察了乳胶粒子形态,用激光散射粒度分布仪测试了乳胶粒子粒径及其分布,用综合热分析仪测试了共聚物的耐热性能.结果表明在羟基含量大于10%时,随着羟值的增加,凝聚物呈上升趋势,乳胶粒子呈凝聚状态,乳胶粒平均粒径增加,耐热性能下降.
