以双季戊四醇(DPET)、季戊四醇(PET)两种多元醇与己二酸部分酯化合成混合季戊四醇己二酸酯(MixPETE)。采用差示扫描热分析(DSC)研究了MixPETE的熔融温度,在DPET、PET、己二酸三者质量比为41/32/27时,所生成的MixPETE熔点从双季戊四醇己二酸酯的184.8℃降到151.1℃。采用烘箱法和转矩流变仪法研究MixPETE与硬脂酸锌/硬脂酸钙复合对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定作用,结果表明,反应物中采用了20%、27%、32%PET所生成的Mix-PETE对PVC的静态和动态热稳定作用与双季戊四醇己二酸酯十分相近,随PET用量的增加,对PVC的内润滑作用降低,外润滑作用则增强。

Mixed pentaerythritol ester (MixPETE) was synthesized by a partial esterification of dipentaerythritol (DPET) and pentaerythritol (PET) with adipic acid. The melting point of the MixPETE prepared from a 41/32/27 mass ratio of DPET/PET/adipic acid reduces from 184.8 ℃ of dipentaerythritol ester to 151.1℃ according to the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) results. Oven method and HAAKE rheometer were used to investigate the static and dynamic thermal stabilizing effect of MixPETE and CaSt2/ZnSt2 on poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC). Three kinds of MixPETE with the PET content of 20%, 27% and 32% exhibit almost similar stabilizing effect like dipentaerythritol ester. The internal lubrication of MixPETE reduces with the amount of PET increasing while the external lubrication enhances.
