以硼铁、石墨、高碳铬铁粉为原料,采用涂料法在45钢铸件表面制备硼、铬和碳三元铸渗层,研究了不同的涂料配比对表面铸渗层组织和硬度的影响.结果表明:表面铸渗层主要由马氏体、Cr23C6、Fe-Cr、Fe23(C,B)6和Fe3C等相组成,使铸件表面的硬度提高了近3倍;涂料的最佳配比为w(Cr):w(B):w(C)=80:10:10.

Coating method was applied in cast-infiltration to prepare a ternary layer containing boron,chromium and carbon on the surface of 45 steel cast using ferroboron, graphite and high carbon ferrochrome as raw materials. The influence of different coating ratios on the microstructure and hardness of the cast-infiltrated layers was studied. The results show that the cast-infiltrated layer was mainly constituted by martensite, Cr23C6, Fe-Cr,Fe23 (C,B)6 and Fe3C, which were responsible for increasing nearly three times of the hardness of casting surface.
