为研究热处理后La-Mg—Ni系合金的循环容量衰减机理,制备铸态及热处理后La0.80Mg0.20Ni3.70合金。结果表明,合金经热处理后,其循环容量衰减速率减小。热处理后合金中各物相间Mg和Ni元素的浓度差降低。随热处理温度升高,合金中各相间电化学腐蚀的混合腐蚀电位绝对值和最大腐蚀电流先减小后增加,950℃热处理后合金明显好于其他合金。合金颗粒粉化、活性元素的氧化以及各相间的电化学腐蚀是合金电极失效的重要原因。

As-cast and annealed La0. 80 Mg0.20 Ni3.70 alloys were prapared to investugate the cyclic capacity decay mechanism of La-Mg-Ni system alloy. The results show that the capacity decay rate of the alloy decreases after annealing. The concentration differentials of Mg and Ni in different phases of the alloy decrease after heat treatment. The absolute value of mixed corrosiion potential and maximum corrosion currents of electrochemical corrosion among phases of the alloy are first decrease and then increase with increasing annealing temperature. According to the experimental results, the alloy annealed at 950 ℃ is better than other alloys. The oxidation of active elements in the alloy, pulverization of alloy particles and electrochemical corrosion among phases are the main mechanism for failure of the alloy electrode.
