采用N,N’-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂制备了聚砜(PSF)静电纺丝溶液,并通过SEM研究了静电纺丝工艺对纤维形态和直径的影响。结果表明,由质量分数为20%的PSF/DMF溶液可以获得连续均匀的纤维。通过SEM、XRD、TG和力学性能测试,研究了热处理温度和时间对静电纺PSF纤维毡的形态结构、聚集态结构和拉伸力学性能的影响。结果表明,热处理对纤维毡的孔隙结构和纤维的结晶度基本没有影响,但是增强了纤维间的结合力,从而使纤维毡的力学性能得到改善。

Polysulfone(PSF) fibers were electrospun from PSF/ N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) solution,the effects of processing parameters on the morphology and diameter of electrospun PSF fibers were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that when the concentration of PSF/DMF solution was 20wt.%,continuous fibers with uniform diameters could be obtained.The influences of heating temperature and heating time on the morphology,aggregation and tensile properties of electrospun PSF fiber mats were investigated by SEM,X-ray diffractometry(XRD),thermogravimetry(TG) and tensile test.The results revealed that there was almost no obvious changes in the pore structure and crystallization of PSF electrospun fiber mats after heat treatment,while the mechanical properties were improved,resulted in the enhancement of binding force between fibers.
