通过在含400mg/L Cr~(6+)+40%硝酸溶液中浸没试验和电化学试验,发现随晶粒尺寸的减小,Cr-Ni奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性随之增加,但当晶粒尺寸小于临界晶粒尺寸时,晶间腐蚀敏感性开始降低.过钝化电位数值与晶粒尺寸无直接关系,与材料本身特性有关,极化后的表面腐蚀形貌与浸没试验结果相一致.

To find out the effect of grain size on intergranular corrosion of Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel, the corro-sion behavior of 310L SS has been studied in 40% nitric acid solution containing 400 mg/L Cr~(6+). In immersion test, the susceptibility of Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel to intergranular attack increases with decreasing the grain size. But when grain size is below the critical dimention, the susceptibility of Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel to in-tergranular attack begins to decrease. In electrochemical test, electrodes with different grain size have the same transpassive potential, but the corrosion features of electrode surfaces coincide with those of dip test.
