分析了库仑测厚仪使用中常见的几个问题,如装饰镀铬测量结束后再人工电解5~10 s,调整所谓的“灵敏度”,测量结束后若镀层没有露底就继续测量,为测量小工件而随意更改测量头的孔径。指出可通过改进仪器硬件,设置温度补偿,升级软件来解决。

Some problems occurred in using coulometric coating thickness gauge were analyzed, such as electrolyzing by hand for 5-10 s after the gauge stops when measuring a decorative chromium coating, adjusting the “sensitivity”, continuing the measurement when the coating is not completely dissolved after the gauge stops, and changing the diameter of measuring head at will for small workpieces. Such problems can be solved by improving the hardware, being equipped with temperature compensation, and upgrading software.
