以不锈钢丝网为模板,用热压微模塑方法制备了聚烯烃超疏水/超亲水表面。研究了热压温度对所制表面微观结构和超疏水性能的影响。考察了所得表面超疏水性的耐水冲击能力。结果表明,所制表面形成了均匀分布的微尖刺结构,并呈超疏水性能(接触角〉150°,滚动角5°),但抗水压能力较弱,当水流动能稍大时(流速2 m/s、流量0.4 m3/h、压力4 kPa),该类表面很快即从超疏水转变成超亲水。研究结果若与流延或压延工艺技术相结合,可为规模制备水压敏感型超疏水/超亲水聚合物表面提供有利条件。

A novel process,thermal replica-molding using stainless steel mesh as template was developed towards fabricating polymer superhydrophobic films in a large scale.Briefly,the meshes were gently pressed onto the polyolefin melts.After the polyolefin was cooled below Tf,the meshes were separated from the polyolefin.SEM imaging showed that spine like microstructures were formed on the polyolefin surface by stretching from the meshes during separating operation.Water contact angle measurements demonstrated the surface was superhydrophobic(static WCA〉150°,sliding angle 5°) but the stability was not high.When the surface was continuously rushed under a water flow with impact velocity at 2 m/s,flux at 0.4 m3/h and pressure intensity at 4000 Pa,the surface was complete wetted within 5 s,e.g.,the superhydrophobic surface became superhydrophilic.This novel method can be combined with the flow-casting process thus would be meaningful in manufacturing plastic superhydrophobic films in a large scale.
