通过液-液相转移法制备了纳米氧化钛有机溶胶.对制备的有机溶胶及水溶胶进行了UV-vis光谱、粒度分布等表征,并用数码照片直观的展现相转移效果.结果表明:表面活性剂的种类、浓度及HLB值对相转移影响显著;颗粒在水中及有机相中均具有较窄的粒度分布.研究了相转移机理及有机溶胶的电流变效应.该有机溶胶电流变液具有极低的漏电流密度、较宽的工作温区和较好的电流变效应:3kV/mm直流电场下,漏电流密度低于5μA/cm2,200s-1下电流变效率为15.介电性质测量结果说明这种有机溶胶具有较好的电流变效应.
