g的雌性健康SD大鼠分别行L2椎板切除术后,随机分为3组:A组,在椎板缺如处不放任何药物:B组,在椎板缺如处涂抹0.5 mL透明质酸钠;C组,在椎板缺如处放置10mm×10 mg/mL海藻酸钠溶液与5万相对分子质量、2 mg/mL壳聚糖溶液制备微胶囊,囊膜的截留相对分子质量为1 aureus)的方法.实验采用TSKgel SuperQ-TOYOPEARL 650C色谱柱,以20 mmol/L的哌嗪-盐酸缓冲液(pH
