利用化学引发原子自由基聚合(ATRP)方法,将两性离子3-(甲基丙烯酰胺)丙基-二甲基(3-磺丙)胺(MPDSAH)接枝于聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜外表面,获得具有抗污染性能的电解质响应膜(PVDF-g-polyMPDSAH).随着接枝量的增加,表面改性PVDF膜的亲水性提高,蛋白质吸附量减少.改性PVDF膜的在过滤实验中显示出较好的抗污染性能.PVDF-g-polyMPDSAH膜的蛋白质吸附量随着溶液中NaCl浓度的增加而大幅降低.Na+和Cl-渗入polyMPDSAH支链亦会屏蔽MPDSAH正负偶极的相互作用,导致polyMPDSAH溶胀堵塞膜孔,减小膜的渗透通量.因此,PVDF-g-polyMPDSAH表面与蛋白质的相互作用及其电解质响应性使膜的渗透性得到了智能化地控制.这为两性离子改性PVDF中空纤维膜在蛋白质分离和净化等生物医药领域提供了更广泛的应用前景.
