以临钢炼钢厂1号板坯连铸机中间包的实际情况为研究对象,采用物理模拟和数学模拟相结合的研究方法,确定中间包内控流装置设置最佳方案。根据相似理论,在选择弗鲁德准数相似和实验模型与原型的几何相似比为0.5建立实验模型,进行物理模拟和数学模拟实验;并对中间包的内腔结构进行合理优化, 优化后的中间包冶金效果明显,钢水流动状况较优化前得到较好改善,钢液流动合理,液面平稳且钢液温度更加均匀,钢液的平均停留时间延长,活塞流体积分率增加,夹杂物上浮指数提高,更有利于钢水的净化。

According to the fact of the No.1 slab CC tundish at Linfen Iron and Steel Company, the physical modeling and mathematical modeling method were used to make certain the best flow control device. When the minimum time of residence of molten steel lengthens, the proportion of piston flow enlarges and the floating upward of the inclousion increases, it becomes more facilitated to clean the molten steel.
