基于对铌微合金化技术的系统研究,对X60管线钢的化学成分进行设计,针对薄板坯连铸连轧生产线的特点,对生产过程的各项工艺参数进行控制,得到了87 mm×1 538 mm的薄铸坯;采取控制轧制和控制冷却技术,轧后得到7.9 mmXI 538 mm的板卷.经检测,生产的管线钢组织没有混晶现象,各项力学性能都达到了要求.观察冲击断口,发现延展性韧窝,没有分层现象,生产的X60达到了API-5L标准和工程使用要求.
