为提高圆坯质量,基于马钢圆坯连铸机技术特点,采用Gleeble2000热模拟试验机研究了代表钢种圆坯高温力学性能,通过理论分析和试验研究建立了二冷工艺模型,并分析了结晶器电磁搅拌参数对铸坯质量的影响。研究结果表明:CL60钢圆坯在900~1200 ℃的温度区间内具有较高的塑性;建立的二冷工艺模型能较好地控制铸坯质量;结晶器电磁搅拌对增加铸坯中心等轴晶率,改善疏松、偏析和夹杂物分布起着重要作用。

In order to improve the quality of round blooms, based on technical parameters of round bloom continuous caster at Ma’anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.,Gleeble2000 was used to study the mechanical properties of CL60 round bloom under high temperature.A secondary cooling model was built by theoretical analysis and experimental study,the effect of MEMS parameters on bloom quality was analyzed. The results show that the plasticity of CL60 steel is good enough in the range of 9001200 ℃, the secondary cooling model is able to control the bloom quality, the usage of MEMS can increase the ratio of equiaxed crystal zone, lower segregation and porosity, improve the distribution of inclusions.
