室温条件下在以甘氨酸为络合剂的水溶液中,采用恒电位方式在硅片上电沉积制备Sm-Co合金膜.X射线能谱仪 (EDS)分析结果表明,合金膜由Sm、Co组成,其中Sm的相对含量高达26.80％(质量分数)；扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测结果表明,合金膜结构致密,色泽均一,呈银灰色但有少许裂纹；X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析结果表明,合金膜为非晶态,经700℃热处理2h后,合金膜由非晶态转化为多晶态结构.
