设计合成了一种新型的吡咯并[2,1-a]异喹啉化合物4,经核磁、红外、质谱和元素分析进行了结构表征。并研究了溶剂效应对其紫外和荧光光谱的影响。通过研究多种金属阳离子及卤素阴离子对该化合物荧光强度的影响,结果表明F-能使其荧光显著猝灭。因此有望将该化合物用于新型的F-荧光探针。

A novel DCC modified pyrroloisoquinoline compound 4 had been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR,FT-IR and elemental analysis.The solvent effects on its UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra were studied.The influence of some metal ions and halogen ions on its fluorescence properties were also studied.The results showed that its fluorescence can be decreased evidently by the fluoride ion,so this compound is promising to be the fluorescent probe for fluoride ion.
