水平管外液体成膜厚度是反映管外液体流动情况的重要参数之一.本文用数值模拟的方法,通过计算不同条件下的液膜厚度来研究冷态情况下水平管降膜蒸发器管外液体流动的影响凶素.计算结果表明:液体的初始流速和管间距对蒸发器底部蒸发管管外液体的流动影响比较明显,要增大整个降膜蒸发器中成柱状流的管排范围,需同时考虑流速及管间距的影响,且二者的变化对成柱状流的管排数的影响趋势相反.
