以商业有限元模拟计算软件POLYFLOW为平台,对提出的真实黏度模型的正确性和合理性进行了验证。首先在虚拟实验台上通过有限元模拟得到模拟结果,再对速度场、应力场分析进而得到纯剪切黏度和纯拉伸黏度的计算值。根据能够测试真实黏度的新型流变仪、不同的商业流变仪及模拟分析,对相应的实验结果和理论分析数据进行了比较。分析结果表明,试验结果与模拟结果基本符合且用于验证真实黏度模型的实验方法和相应的实验装置具有一定的合理性和可行性。

With a commercial software,POLYFLOW,accuracy and rationality of the real viscosity model were verified.Simulation results were gotten by finite element simulation in a virtual test rig,and pure shear viscosity values and pure extensional viscosity values were obtained through analysis of velocity field and stress field.Data of several experiments and simulations were analyzed,which were obtained from an invented rheometer that can measure generalized viscosities,various commercial rheometers and POLYFLOW simulation.The analysis results show that the experimental results are in accordance with the simulated results and a proposed measuring method and the invented rheometer are rational and feasible in validation of the generalized viscosity model.
