本文研究了V-Ti-N微合金钢中V-Ti复合颗粒的特征和形成过程。结果表明,V-Ti复合颗粒中的钒,是在钢液浇注后冷却到1150℃以下,VN在TiN表面以外延析出的方式生长的。钢液浇注后的冷却条件对颗粒中钒含量有明显影响。

The characteristics and the formation of the V-Ti miscible particles in V-Ti-Nmicroalloyed steels were studied. It has been found that the vanadium to form V-Ti miscibleparticles starts to precipitate after pouring and cooling to temperatures below 1150℃ by meansof the epitaxial precipitation on the pre-existing titanium nitrides. The vanadium content in theparticles is markedly influenced by cooing rate solidification.
