为研究防垢合金材料,从电化学角度探讨其阻垢机理,并制备合金工具,进行动态循环对比实验,研究硬度、流速、温度等对合金材料工具阻垢的影响,使用电镜扫描对垢样结构进行了表征.结果表明,合金材料能够使碳酸钙的结晶形式发生改变;硬度、温度对工具的阻垢效果影响不大,而速度对阻垢效果有一定影响.

The mechanism of scale inhibition by alloys was studied using electrochemistrical method in order to study anti-scale alloys.An anti-scale instrument was developed with special alloys and dynamic circulation experiments were carried out.The influence of hardness,velocity,and temperature was analyzed by anti-scale experiments with different concentrations.The morphology of CaCO_3 crystal was observed by SEM technology.Result reveals that the morphology of CaCO_3 crystal is changed by the special alloys,Hardness and temperature have no obvious influence on anti-scale effect,and velocity influences the anti-scale effect to a certain degree.
