通过电化学噪声技术(EN)、小波变换(WT)、噪声电阻(Rn)和功率谱密度(PSD)等方法研究了AZ91D镁合金在碱性含氯溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,AZ91D镁合金在碱性含氯溶液中的腐蚀过程可以分为三个不同的腐蚀阶段:伴随氢气泡产生、吸附和脱附的阳极溶解阶段,点蚀发展阶段和最后形成MgH2保护膜的腐蚀抑制阶段.

The corrosion behavior of AZ91D magnesium alloy in alkaline chloride medium was investigated by electrochemical noise(EN),wavelet transform,as well as noise resistance(Rn)and power spectral density(PSD).It was revealed that there existed three different corrosion stages of AZ91D magnesium alloy in alkaline chloride,including an anodic dissolution process companying with that the initiation,absorption and desorption of hydrogen bubbles,an evolvement of pitting corrosion,and finally an inhibition process by forming a protective MgH2 film.The energy distribution plot(EDP)was a powerful tool to provide useful information about the dominant process for different corrosion stages.
