对比测定了Empress Ⅱ 100、Vita In-Ceram AL2色瓷沉积氧化铝、Z21色瓷沉积氧化锆、Cercon base color氧化锆、Cercon base氧化锆及Vita牙本质瓷A2色的相对透明率.结果表明,Vita牙本质瓷A2色的相对透明率为0.6231,而5组全瓷底层材料试样为0.8083～0.9885;组间差异具有统计学意义.按相对透明率数值从低到高排序为Empress Ⅱ 100＜瓷沉积氧化铝AL2色＜Cercon base color＜Cercon base＜瓷沉积氧化锆Z21色.相对透明率的差异将会影响其临床使用范围.
Relative translucency of five ceramics system core material at clinically appropriate thicknesses were studied, including Empress Ⅱ 100, Vita In-Ceram Electroformed Alumina(AL2) and Zirconia (Z21), Cercon base color and Cercon base Zirconia, Vitadur Alpha dentin(standard). The relative translucency of Vitadur Alpha dentin(standard) was 0.6231, while that of five groups of Core Material was between 0.8083 and 0.9885. Significant difference was found among the ceramic systems(P＜0.05). The experiments results indicate a increasing range of relative translucency as Empress Ⅱ 100＜In-Ceram Alumina AL2＜Cercon Base color＜Cercon Base＜In-Ceram Zirconia Z21. Such difference may affect their ability to match natural teeth..
