为提高31CrMoV9钢的综合力学性能,对其进行调质处理工艺研究。对材料的力学性能和组织进行分析,确定调质工艺为淬火温度(900±10) ℃,回火温度635 ℃。调质处理后,材料的力学性能完全满足标准要求。

In order to improve comprehensive mechanical properties of 31CrMoV9 steel, the quenching and tempering process was studied. The mechanical properties and organization of materials were analyzed, and its quenching and tempering process was defined as: quenching temperature (900±10)℃,tempering temperature 630 ℃. After quenching and tempering treatment, the mechanical properties of materials can fully meet the standards.
