站场埋地管道的腐蚀直接影响天然气运输的安全。本文针对我国西部某天然气管道六座压气站埋地管道的腐蚀情况,从站场的土壤腐蚀性、埋地管道的涂层状况以及由于接地材料、运行条件不同造成的差异等几个方面分析埋地管道的腐蚀原因并提出抑制管道腐蚀的措施。结合某站区域阴极保护的工作状况,介绍了阴极保护对管线的保护效果。

The reason of corrosion, method of corrosion control and the effect of region cathodic protection(cp) in stations were presented in this paper. Some corrosion factors including soil corrosiveness, failure of coating and galvanic corrosion were introduced. The data of cathodic protection in a station was measured and the effect of CP on the buried pipeline was listed.
