以红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM),紫外线照射和热老化方法研究了促进剂对硫化胶的力学性能、抗紫外线、耐热老化以及耐黄变性能的影响,其结果表明,促进剂对浅色硫化胶的抗紫外线和耐热老化能力有决定性的功能作用,紫外线照射和受热使橡胶表面发生氧化而黄变和开裂,并使力学性能劣化。253.7 nm紫外线照射可作为快速测试、评判和预示白色或浅色硫化胶的抗紫外线、耐热老化以及耐黄变能力的方法。

Effects of vulcanization accelerators on the mechanical properties,anti-ultraviolet age,anti-thermal age and durable yellowing change performances of the vulcanizates were studied by using Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),ultraviolet irradiation and thermal age tests. The results show that vulcanization accelerators serve a decisive function of anti-ultraviolet age and anti-thermoage for light color vulcanizates.The surfaces of the vulcanizates become yellowing change and cracked,and their mechanical properties are deteriorated due to there are some oxidation reactions under ultraviolet irradiation and in thermal age.Irradiation under 253.7 nm ultraviolet ray can be used as a fast method for testing,evaluating and foretelling the anti-ultraviolet,anti-thermal age and durable yellowing change performances for white or light color vulcanizates.
