采用拉伸试验、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、电子背散射衍射分析(EBSD)、晶间腐蚀试验和剥落腐蚀试验等方法,研究了压缩大变形(20%压缩、45%压缩)对7085铝合金固溶-时效组织性能的影响.结果表明:压缩大变形能提高合金的拉伸强度(从440.9 MPa分别提升到481.2 MPa和514.5 MPa),显著细化晶粒尺寸(平均晶粒尺寸从31.580 μm分别降低到7.414 μm和6.469 μm),压缩大变形还能提高合金的抗晶间腐蚀性能和抗剥落腐蚀性能,定量分析显示,压缩大变形处理显著提高了位错强化和小角度强化的总强化.
