以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,合成了聚乳酸-聚乙二醇-聚乳酸(PLA-PEH-PLA)共聚物;基于溶胶凝胶(sol-gel)工艺,将PLA-PEGPLA与TiO_2溶胶杂化反应,制备了PLA-PEG-PLA/TiO_2杂化材料.采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、光电子能谱(XPS)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)方法对杂化材料进行表征和分析.FT-IR和XPS分析结果显示,TiO_2溶胶与PLA-PEG-PLA间发生了杂化反应,形成了Ti-O-C键.DSC分析结果显示,随TiO_2%(质量分数,下同)含量的增加,杂化材料的耐热性能提高.XRD证实了杂化材料为无定型结构,有利于降解.

Using the stannous octanoate as catalyst, PLA-PEG-PLA copolymer was synthesized. Based on sol-gel process, poly(lacticacid) poly(ethyleneglycol) poly(lacticacid) (PLA PEG PLA)/TiO_2 hybrid material was prepared from PLA-PEG-PLA and TiO_2 sol. The hybrid material was characterized and analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic(FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron specroscopy (XPS), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) techniques. FT-IR and XPS results show that PLA-PEG-PLA can hybridize with TiO_2 sol and form Ti-O-C bonds. DSC results indicate that heat resistance of the hybrid material increases with the increase of TiO_2%. XRD results show that the hybrid material is amorphous, which is beneficial to degradation.
