介绍两例Gleeble3500热模拟实验机机械系统故障分析和处理方法，针对机械系统故障现象，根据其控制系统的工作原理进行针对性分析和故障处理。
Two examples of the fault analysis and disposal of mechanical system in Gleeble3500 is mainly introduced in the paper. On the basis of fault phenomenon in mechanic system, the faults are pertinencely analyzed and disposed according to working principle of control system.
