采用新型E36耐蚀船板钢和耐蚀实心焊丝进行配套焊接。研究了接头不同区域的腐蚀行为,并探讨了其化学成分、夹杂物和微观组织等对接头耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,接头力学性能良好,能够满足国际船级社的要求。接头各区中母材的组织为珠光体+带状铁素体,热影响区为贝氏体,焊缝为针状铁素体+少量贝氏体+少量侧板条铁素体。母材与焊缝之间没有出现不连续的腐蚀台阶。焊缝的耐蚀性最好,母材次之,热影响区最差。夹杂物是焊缝中点蚀的诱发源。

In order to study the corrosion behaviors and the effects of compositions, inclusions and microstructures on corrosion resistance of joints, new type anti-corrosion E36 steels were welded by the anti-corrosion solid wires. The results show that the mechanical properties of joints are good enough to satisfy the standards of international association of classification societies. The microstructures of base metal dominantly consists of pearlite and banded ferrite, and heat affect zone of bainite, and weld metal of acicular ferrite, bainite and lath ferrite. There are no discontinuous surfaces (eg, steps) between the base metal and weld metal. However, the corrosion resistance of weld metal is better than that of base metal and heat affect zone, and the corrosion resistance of heat affect zone is the worst. Besides, inclusions serve as the pitting initiation in weld metal.
