高级检索

应用环境扫描电子显微术(ESEM)、原子力扫描显微术(AFM)、同步辐射白光形貌术(SRWBT)等形貌成像技术研究了0.92PZN-0.08PT晶体的表面缺陷形态与铁电畴结构.通过对畴结构动态演化的同步辐射形貌观察,可揭示出该晶体的结构相变过程.
