在苯酐-尿素法基础上,采用氯化铵作为酸性助剂参与缩合反应工艺,制备酞菁蓝颜料.讨论了酸性助剂对酞菁蓝颜料的收率、质量及其在水基体系中的分散性、分散稳定性的影响.优化的缩合反应条件为:以氯化铵作为酸性助剂,苯酐的加入量为25%(摩尔分数),所得颜料的收率可达到98%,且颗粒疏松,色光鲜艳;同时该颜料在水基体系中更易研磨分散,颜料色浆颗粒细小且粒径分布均匀,贮存稳定性较优.
