以La2O3和Co(NO3)2·6H2O为主要原料,用“模板法”结合“热处理”技术制备LaCoO3超细粒子,用TG-DSC、TEM、XRD、FT-IR检测手段进行表征;以15 W紫外灯为光源,用甲基橙溶液的光催化降解测试超细粒子的催化活性.结果显示:La-Co湿凝胶经170℃真空干燥,可制得粒径小于10 nm不完全晶化的超细粒子;经800℃热处理,可得到粒径介于50 nm~ 120 nm具有一定光催化活性的斜方晶系钙钛矿型LaCoO3.
