采用气渣平衡法,用铂坩埚作反应容器,COCO2SO2N2混合气体提供体系的氧分压和硫分压,测定了一定炉渣成分,不同温度和气氛条件下CaOSiO2Al2O3MgOFetO五元渣系的硫容量。研究得出,对于一定成分组成的CaOSiO2Al2O3MgOFetO五元渣系,当气体流量不变时,硫容量随炉渣温度的升高而减小;当温度一定时,硫容量随体系氧分压增大而增大。

The sulphur capacity of CaOSiO2Al2O3MgOFetO slags with fixed slag composition,at different temperature and under different gas pressure was measured using gasslag equilibrium techniques.In Pt crucible, the slag was equilibrated with a mixture of CO, CO2, SO2 and N2 at required partial pressures of oxygen and sulphur. It was shown that , the sulphur capacity of slag decreases with the increase of temperature under constant gas pressure; at a constant temperature the rising of oxygen pressure results in an increase in sulphur capacity.
