通过低碳铝镇静钢CSPCDCMBA流程的工业试验,借助光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和专用拉伸试验机等设备,测定了热轧、冷轧、退火和平整后钢板的组织、织构、力学性能和基本成形性能,并对其特征、演变规律及影响因素进行了分析,验证了退火平整板r值的变化与{111}/{100}的线性关系。结果表明,增加{111}和减少{100}织构组分对提高薄钢板成形性能同样重要。

Through industrial experiment on the whole process of CSPCDCMBA with low carbon Alkilled steel, the microstructures, textures, mechanical properties and basic formability of the hotrolled, coldrolled, batchannealed, and temperleveled sheets are determined by means of instruments such as optical microscope, Xray diffraction instrument and special tension tester and so on. Their characteristics, evolution rules and influencing factors are primarily analyzed, too. Furthermore, the linear relationship between rvalue and ratio of {111}/{100} has been proved, which reveals that it will be same important to increase the component of {111} texture and to decrease the component of {100} texture.
